Shipping Policy

• Processing Time – Orders are packed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Processing time may be extended during sales or holidays.

• Shipping Rates – Flat rate shipping of $5 for all orders (free shipping promotions apply as advertised).

• Carriers – We ship via USPS unless otherwise noted.

• Delivery Issues – Once orders are shipped, Elyxr Wellness is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. Please contact USPS directly for claims.

• Damages – If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number so we can assist you.
